Here at Inflatable Kingdom we understand that plans can change and it may become necessary to have to amend or even cancel your booking. Our refund and cancellation policy shows our key points, circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable or if any refunds would be due.
Our refund and cancellation policy applies to all our bookings and accompanies our Terms of Hire Policy also.
Cancellation by Inflatable Kingdom
It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking, but we are also open to a large amount of potential issues. From weather, staff, and misuse of equipment (the day before) you will be offered a full refund.
If either parties Inflatable Kingdom or the Customer cancel due to poor weather conditions a new date will be offered if available but no refund will be made.
Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellations must be made over the phone during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation. Cancellations cannot be taken by voice mail, text, email or any other methods.
